August 19, (3rd) Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. - The True Account:  A Novel of the Lewis and Clark & Kinneson Expeditions by Howard Frank Mosher.  A very funny Quixotic spoof about the original trip.  Books are still available at the library.  Our very own local talent and extraordinary cyclist, Marianne Borowski, will be presenting the program on her bicycle trip tracing the Lewis and Clark expedition.

Six-week summer Reading Program held Tuesdays began July 8 at 10:00 a.m. with a focus on Australia.  There's still time to bring your children/ grandchildren to G'Day for Reading.

The Humanities Council will provide discussion leaders as follows:
September 19 - WINTER DANCE by Gary Paulson; Presenter:  Kristen Laine
October 14 - TASTE OF DEATH by PD James; Presenter: Ingrid Graff
November 11- I'M A STRANGER HERE MYSELF by Bill Bryson; Presenter: Frumie Selchin
