The library shall serve all residents of the community.  Service shall not be denied or abridged because of religious, racial, social, economic, or political status.

The use of the library or its services may be denied for due cause.  Such causes may be failure to return items, damaged or lost materials, disturbance affecting other patrons, or any other objectionable conduct on library premises.
